I have always been a sewer - I learnt how to sew from my Mother, I made my own dolls clothes and my own Matric Dance Dress. In the 90's I had a stall at the Market Theatre Flea Market selling revamped Vintage Clothing, handmade Jewelry, Handpainted clothing of my own design and clothing for the brave of heart - florescent dungrees and clown smocks featured highly.
I studied fashion design at Lisof part time where I fine tuned my skills and recieved high marks in Pattern Making and Design. After my daughter Erin was born I started bellydance classes and our teacher said - "Make your own costume" And make my costume I did! My classmates loved it and my new career was born over 10 years ago.
I am constantly learning new techniques and methods to improve the standard of costumes I make and I look forward to creating the costume of your dreams for you!
