Orders and Lead times

1.  Beadwork is a slow painstaking art.  Costumes will be completed as soon as possible.  Please inform me if you require your costume urgently or by a specific date.

2.  At present I have a waiting list and costumes may need to be ordered up to 6 months in advance.  Please let me know if you need your costume by a specific date - ie Dress rehersal.


Payments

1.  A 75% deposit is required to begin work on a costume.

2.  A costume will not be handed over until it has been paid for in full.

3.  If you would like to pay off your costume please discuss the various Payment options with me.

4.  Costumes not collected within 3 months of the date requested by the customer will be sold to defray costs and the deposit will be forfeited.


Returns

1.  No cash refunds. No returns.

2.  Any faults such as loose beads or lost fringe must be reported within 7 days of collecting your costume.

3.  There will be no changes to the design of the costume once it has been completed.

4.  Any changes requested at the first fitting will be charged for.

5.  Secondhand costumes are sold as is.


Appointments

1.  A first costume consultation will cost R300, this includes your design sketch, neasurement taking etc.

2.  Missed appointments will be charged for at R100.  To avoid this please cancel your appointment the day before it was scheduled.



Fabrics and finishes

1.  Alison is not responsible for flaws within fabrics, she will not intentionally purchase fabrics containing flaws. Please inspect any fabrics you purchase before      cutting as Fabric shops do not accept returns on fabrics once cut.  Some fabrics do contain small irregularities that occur during the production process.

2.  Fringe and coins - We use the best quality threads and beads at Alibelly Costumes - however glass beads do cut through even the strongest thread and eventually some loss of beads is inevitable.  Sequins sometimes lose colour with time, washing and exposure to sunlight - Alibelly cannot be held  responsible for these unforseeable eventualities.

3.  Colour - If you choose that I shop for your fabrics and haberdashery you accept that I may not be able to find the exact colours or textures that you have requested, I will then purchase materials in the nearest colours and textures for you.  You are welcome and encouraged to purchase your own fabrics, please contact me for a list of requirements.

4.  Dyed products - silk veils are sold as is -  please read your care information carefully.  No refunds or returns are accepted.
